The Mariner
Welcome adventurer! These seas may appear still at a glance, but mysteries lurk just out of sight!
You'll fish, fight, and find treasures hidden on these waters. Seek out wandering merchants and buy upgrades to help ease your journey. Explore the farthest reaches and discover hints that will lead you to your biggest bounty yet!
But be warned: the sea is teeming with pirate ships, merfolk, and even undead hordes! Sailors who are lost in these seas are doomed to never lay eyes on these shores twice.

The Mariner was originally created for #LOWREZJAM 2024!
This is one of our most ambitious projects to date, and like many of our jam projects, we had more ideas than time! After the jam concluded we decided to come back and realize some of those plans. The resulting game is what you see here. I hope you enjoy playing!

Great game. The graphics are nice; fishing is frantic, the exploration is wonderful; the ship combat is a little too easy, but not overwhelming. I only wish there was a map of the islands.
